Terms of Service
Effective June 23, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of InvoiceAnchor (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
InvoiceAnchor helps you reconcile invoices and receipts against vendor and card statements using automated AI processing. You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you submit and for verifying the results.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts and invitation links are for your use only—you may not share, sell, or transfer your login, or forward an invitation link to anyone we have not authorized. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract. Two-factor authentication is required.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no infringing or others’ data without authorization, no attempts to breach security, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service, and no automated abuse.
Your content
You retain ownership of the documents and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service (including sending them to our AI provider for reconciliation), as described in our Privacy Policy.
No professional advice
Reconciliation output is generated automatically and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing results and for any decisions you make based on them.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service or its output will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceAnchor and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if the Service is provided free, CAD $100).
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may delete your documents and records in the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We’ll revise the effective date above.
