Accessibility Statement

InvoiceAnchor is committed to making the Service usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

Conformance status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. InvoiceAnchor is partially conformant: most of the Service meets Level AA, but some parts do not yet, and we have not completed a full third-party audit. We treat accessibility defects as bugs and fix them on the same schedule.

What we do

Semantic HTML and labelled form controls, keyboard access to every interactive control with a visible focus indicator, touch targets of at least 44×44 pixels, text contrast checked against the AA thresholds, and layouts that reflow down to a phone screen without horizontal scrolling.

Known limitations

Scanned invoices, receipts, and statements you upload are your own documents—we cannot guarantee that their contents are accessible, and a scanned image has no text layer unless our processing extracts one. Some dense reconciliation tables are hard to follow with a screen reader; if one blocks you, contact us and we will get you the same data another way.

If any part of the Service is a barrier to you, email [email protected] with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within five business days and will offer a usable alternative while we fix it.

Changes

We revise this statement as the Service changes, and update the effective date above.
